Music Man Amps
You probably recognise the tolex, the control knobs and the front panel.
Music Man Amps have a long distinguished history gracing the stage behind many guitarists such as Chet Atkins, Eric Clapton, Joe Strummer, Albert Lee, Robbie Robertson, Johnny Winter, Alabama, Jeff Beck, Mark Knopfler, James Burton and Merle Travis.
Music Man (Forest White, Tom Walker & Leo Fender) began producing the 65 Amplifier in 1974, a hybrid of tube & solid state technology. The preamps used solid state op-amp integrated circuits whilst the power amps a cathode driven tube power amp stage.
